Production and Manufacturing Capacity: We examined overall and specialized production capacities of competitors, identifying the scale and efficiency benchmarks relevant to the client’s manufacturing goals.
Product Innovation Approaches: We reviewed competitors' innovation strategies, particularly their investment in next-generation equipment and processes. This included an analysis of strategic priorities, investment patterns, and projected revenue impacts from new technology integration.
The client's production costs were optimized through benchmarking insights, enabling more effective cost management and resource allocation, with costs coming down by two digit percentage points. Additionally, insights into competitors' technology adoption provided direction for investment in new technologies, while capital expenditure patterns highlighted strategic investment opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
